Possible Google Update

Reports have been coming out for the past 2 weeks of volatility in the rank trackers. This means most likely a larger Google update is impacting rankings. Unfortunately nothing from Google has been reported and the SEO community is the one discussing the findings.

SEO Roundtable has an article documenting many different trackers noting the volatility. We are seeing this volatility continue past the 2nd week of May.

With there being no official word from Google, and this coming on the heals of an ‘official’ update at the end of April, this could be a fix to that update or an enhancement to the update.
